1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 789r website accessible at 789r.cam, including all associated games, services, software, content, and features.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform, through which you access 789r's services.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in your 789r Account at any given time, excluding any non-withdrawable bonus funds unless those bonus funds have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, free bet, cashback, or other non-cash incentive credited to your Account by 789r pursuant to a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be turned over in eligible games before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the age and identity verification process required by 789r before withdrawals are processed.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to real-money online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law, including any jurisdiction 789r designates as restricted from time to time.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager or game play, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. 789r reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, or using funds that do not belong to you, you are doing so in breach of these Terms and any such activity may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of associated balances.

3 Eligibility

To create an Account and use real-money features on 789r, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum and is not subject to any exception.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be accessing the Platform for any commercial or business purpose, or on behalf of any other person, syndicate, or entity.
• You must not be a current employee, director, or contractor of 789r, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have had a 789r Account previously closed for a breach of these Terms, or be subject to any active self-exclusion on the Platform.

789r reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to its satisfaction. Providing false information to establish eligibility is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

4 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one Account on the 789r Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single player is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected — whether identified by CNIC, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any combination thereof — 789r reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending and historical bonuses, and retain any balances in those Accounts as an administrative penalty without further obligation.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC or passport), your date of birth, a valid and accessible mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Notify 789r support promptly if any of your registration details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication device. 789r will not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to secure your credentials.

5 Account Verification (KYC)

789r is required to verify the identity and age of all players as a condition of its international gaming licence. Identity verification — referred to as Know Your Customer or KYC — is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.

To complete KYC, you will be required to upload one or more of the following documents via the Account verification portal:

• A clear, colour photograph of both sides of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card); or
• A clear photograph of the bio-data page of a valid Pakistani passport.

789r may additionally request proof of payment method (such as a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account in your name) and, for large withdrawals, documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited to your Account.

KYC review is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. If 789r requires additional documentation or clarification, you will be notified at your registered email address or mobile number. Until KYC is completed, your Account will remain in a restricted state: you may continue to browse and use demo games freely, but real-money deposits and withdrawals will not be processed.

If KYC verification fails — for example, because the documents provided are fraudulent, inconsistent with your registration details, or indicate that you are under 21 years of age — 789r will close your Account and return any deposited funds (net of any withdrawals already made) to the payment method used to fund the Account, after conducting applicable anti-money laundering checks.

6 Deposits

Deposits to your 789r Account may be made via the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the Platform. As at the date of these Terms, accepted methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash. This list may change from time to time — the cashier section always reflects current available methods.

All deposits are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit limit applicable at the cashier level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits that 789r cannot override.

789r does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — the name on the funding source must match the registered name on your 789r Account. Deposits from accounts belonging to a third party will be reversed and may trigger an account review.

Deposits credited to your 789r Balance are available for immediate wagering. Deposits are not subject to any administrative fee by 789r, though your payment provider may charge transaction fees on their end, which are your sole responsibility.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after KYC verification has been successfully completed on your Account. Requests submitted prior to verification completion will be queued until verification is finalised.

Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit to your Account, or to an account in your verified name. 789r does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 2 hours on business days; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank) are typically settled within 24 business hours; USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within 12 hours subject to network conditions.

789r reserves the right to impose a 48-hour security review period on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk management thresholds. You will be notified if your withdrawal is subject to such a review. During a review period, 789r may request additional documentation before processing the withdrawal.

Withdrawals of Bonus Funds — or winnings generated from Bonus Funds — are not permitted unless and until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds before satisfying Wagering Requirements will result in the Bonus Funds (and any winnings attributable to them) being forfeited.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

789r may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to new and existing players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the Platform at the time the promotion is offered. These specific promotion terms form part of these Terms and Conditions and must be read together with them.

The following general bonus rules apply to all 789r promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until Wagering Requirements are fully met.
• Where a player holds both real-money Balance and Bonus Funds, real-money Balance is wagered first unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds that remain unclaimed or whose Wagering Requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.
• 789r reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer, modify its terms, or cancel a promotion at any time, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's Account will be honoured under the terms at the time of crediting.
• Any indication of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering across multiple accounts or exploiting a manifest error in promotion terms — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

9 Gaming Rules

All casino games available on the 789r Platform — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, Dragon Tiger, game shows, video poker, and bingo — are provided by third-party game suppliers who are independently licensed and audited. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game rules for each title are governed by the relevant supplier's published rules, which can be accessed within the game interface.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or malfunction during a game session, 789r's standard policy is to void the game round and return the wager to your Account Balance. Where a complete game round has been successfully committed prior to a fault, the result of that round stands as final. 789r's decision in the event of a technical dispute is final and binding.

789r does not accept any liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules, incorrect bet placement, or failure to make a decision within the time permitted by the game software.

10 Sportsbook Rules

The 789r sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, international T20s, ODIs, and Test matches), football, UFC, and a range of other sports and events. Betting markets, odds, and available bet types are displayed in the sportsbook at the time of wagering.

All odds on the 789r sportsbook are quoted in decimal format. It is your responsibility to verify the odds and bet details — including stake amount, selection, and market type — before confirming a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled except where cancellation is expressly permitted under the terms of a specific sportsbook market or promotion.

In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data and at 789r's discretion. 789r reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without prior notice. In-play bets placed after an event has concluded — whether due to a data delay or any other reason — will be voided.

In the event of a manifest error in posted odds — including but not limited to a technical fault that generates odds that are clearly outside the expected commercial range — 789r reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous odds, regardless of whether the event has concluded. Players will be notified and their stake returned in such cases.

Bets placed as part of any identified match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other corrupt activity will be voided and the associated accounts closed immediately. 789r cooperates with relevant regulatory bodies and sporting organisations in investigations of suspicious betting activity.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 789r Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Opening or using more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other automated system to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, hedging bets across markets to guarantee a positive outcome regardless of game result, or any other form of advantage play that exploits promotional terms.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment credentials to fund your Account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in skill-based games.
• Placing bets on events where you have insider information or any direct or indirect influence over the outcome.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform as a vehicle for any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to circumvent 789r's security systems, firewalls, or access controls.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

789r reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• A breach — actual, suspected, or anticipated — of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• A determination by 789r that continued operation of the Account poses a financial, reputational, legal, or regulatory risk to the Platform.
• Receipt of a valid request from a payment provider, law enforcement agency, or regulatory body.
• A request by the account holder for self-exclusion under 789r's responsible gaming provisions.

Where an Account is closed other than for breach of these Terms or regulatory reasons, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the player via their last-used verified payment method within a reasonable period. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 789r reserves the right to retain the Balance as partial compensation for administrative costs and losses incurred.

13 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the 789r Platform — including the website design, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and all other content — are owned by or licensed to 789r. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the 789r intellectual property, and you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without 789r's express written permission.

Game content displayed on the Platform is owned by the respective game suppliers and is subject to those suppliers' intellectual property protections in addition to 789r's. You may not capture, stream, or publicly broadcast game sessions from the Platform without express written consent from both 789r and the relevant game supplier.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 789r's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

789r shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, regardless of whether 789r has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

789r does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. 789r shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical fault, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.

15 Responsible Gaming

789r is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing Pakistani players with the tools to manage their gaming activity effectively. The following responsible gaming features are available to all Account holders from within Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration. 789r will display a notification as you approach your limit and log you out automatically when it is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 90 days). During a cooling-off period, you may not log in or deposit.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible and will result in your Account being closed and your details added to 789r's permanent exclusion register. Contact support to initiate this process.

16 Privacy

The Privacy Policy sets out what personal data 789r collects, how it is used, how long it is retained, who it is shared with, and what rights you have in relation to your data. 17 Amendments to These Terms

789r reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 789r will provide notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent banner notification on the Platform. The date of the most recent update is stated at the top of this document.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact 789r support to close your Account.

18 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or your use of the 789r Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 789r's international gaming licence jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through 789r's internal dispute resolution process.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you are required to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 789r support and allowing a reasonable period (not less than 14 days) for 789r to investigate and respond. 789r's decisions regarding account matters, game results, and bonus eligibility are final unless an error by 789r is clearly demonstrable.
